A keepsake of travels and adventures by a wandering luxury travel advisor
How it started.
Every four or so years of my life, since I can remember, my family would move. My mom would start collecting newspapers to wrap delicate memorabilia in. Starting first with the everyday decor, tchotchkes and other small items that really aren't necessary to have in a home, but yet leave you feeling as if something is not quite right without.

On the road.
When I was 7 years old we packed up and drove from New Jersey, where my grandfather had a ski and tennis shop, so my dad could pursue his dreams of living in Colorado amongst the Rocky Mountains. I experienced what it was like to discover new neighborhoods, change schools, and make new friends and saw it as an adventure. Each time we moved on, there was something fun and exciting about being the new kid in town and learning the local lifestyle. I learned and loved that each place had its own lingo and way of being, and was fascinated to discover unique trends in music and fashion.
Fast forward.
By the time I was ready for college, farewells felt natural to me. I was fiercly independant and had learned that home is always where the heart is. I had a thirst to see the world and explore. Financially I was forced to stay domestic, but I did my best to put myself in new places and experience life any chance I had.
Living on both coasts and in-between, I eventually found myself in New York and starting a family. Although life and responsibilities kept me grounded for a long time, I always did my best to make an adventure and find new experiences, even at home.
Making my passion work.
After years of planning travels and experiences for fun, I am so GRATEFUL to be working as a luxury travel advisor, bringing my passion of exploration to life, through this career. I have decided to start this blog as a place to keep the memories of the adventures I take, share stories and tips, and perhaps inspire other like-minded travelers along the way. I hope you enjoy this journey with me!
